Founded by Ken Derkatch in 1991, we has been serving Victoria, BC, Vancouver Island and the surrounding Gulf Islands for over 30 years. We are now a second generation family run business. 

We are a small boutique Custom Swimming Pool and Spa Builder. Our thoughtful designs, quality workmanship and unsurpassed dedication to our projects has resulted in hundreds of satisfied customers and many long term relationships.

A Dad. Randy's passion for the business shows in his dealings with customers from initial design to final walk through and completing all the finishing details firsthand.

Ken

Ken's journey with pool building began in the 1970's in Regina, SK. It continued in Edmonton, AB before relocating to Vancouver Island and starting Nautilus in 1991. 

Semi-retired. Sort of.
